At Dolz, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines our practices and procedures for shipping your orders.

It’s important that you double-check your shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or orders returned to sender due to customer error. If your package is returned to us, a reshipping and processing fee will apply if you want it sent again, or there will be a 10% restocking fee for a refund. Common reasons for a package being returned include incomplete addresses (like missing apartment numbers), failure to pick up the order, or failed delivery attempts. If your package is returned, please provide proof of delivery so we can process your request.


1. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Delivery time frame, 10-15 business days

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping

International Shipping Costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in offering high-quality products but understand that returns may be necessary. We do not accept exchanges, but we do accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking records). Returns are for store credit only, and customers are responsible for return shipping and providing the tracking number. Returns must be sent within 7 days after approval. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. For hygiene reasons, we cannot restock any returned items. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date we receive and approve the return. To begin a return, email us at info@dolz.ca. Returns showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

International returns will require customers to cover all return-related charges, including duties, customs fees, and shipping costs.

Check the sticker label on your packaging to ensure it matches your order. If there’s a discrepancy, let us know within 72 hours of receiving it.

Please refrain from ordering multiple sizes or shades with the intention of returning the ones that don't fit or match. If you need help selecting the right size or shade, feel free to reach out, and we’ll gladly assist. Let's reduce waste together!

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

8. Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your store credit has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be processed with a 10% processing fee, and you’ll receive a credit within 5 business days. You will also get an email confirmation when the credit is applied. Shipping and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. Store credit should be used within 30 days.
